We had a beautiful experience. Very clean. It Got busy so we did feel a little rushed at the end. But why we rated you to two was when I payed the bill. When I first booked my appointments I was told prices and if I would do anything that would cost extra they would tell us. We were charge $40 for our gel polish I was originally told $35 they charged $40 and a charge to take off polish wouldn’t that be part of our $35/$40. Then we were charged for paying my 2 fingers a different color. Same amount of nail polish being used. A charge of $10 So not sure the extra charges. $5 extra plus the $10. Then my daughter got gel and was charge $15 to take off polish. Very disappointing. We actually had no problem with the place we’ve been going for 2 years. We just decided to try your place because it was closer to our home and thought to give a new business a chance. Unfortunately we will not be back. Just thought you should know why.
