I have ingrown big toe nails. My dermatologist recommended Pink Petal Nails for clean pedicures. I need help reaching my toes as I am elderly. I went to Pink Petals once. The young man barely even cut my nails at all. So the left big toenail rubbed even more against my sneakers when I went for physical therapy and became infected. I soaked it in Epson Salt water and managed to cut the nail myself. I had to go to my general physician for ointment. It's still red and sore and ugly. I won't be returning.

I usually do my own pedicure, but due to back/neck issues, I haven’t been able to. This was a very nice and relaxing experience and I will be treating myself regularly!
