I heard from the shop owner, Tony (Alpha), immediately after posting my review, and he was very apologetic and sympathetic to my concern.

My first thought when I saw the notification was "Please delete this!", but Alpha was very understanding of the situation AND remembered my visit very well. He said I could come in to have my nails fixed to my liking at no additional cost, but I suggested I'd wait until my nails grew back out to have the overlay done.

Fast forward to today, when I called to see about a future appointment, however the lady he suggested is only in on Saturdays-no biggie. I told them I'd call back to set up an appointment.

I just so happen to need to go to Trader Joe's around the corner from the salon, and thought I'd dip in to see about availability for tomorrow. My guy Alpha was there & let me "walk-in" to be serviced by Kathy.

After a slight kink in the booth, I was able to walk out of West Hills Nails with my heart content! Alpha's word is bond & I am a much happier camper!

I've been coming here for a couple months now and let me tell you, this place never disappoints! Mind you I've been getting acrylics for years now and been to many nail salons in the Valley, but this place is definitely one I come back to. They have reasonable prices, better than most in the valley and their service isn't even great or even have you leaving unsatisfied. Everyone hear is nice and accommodating. I suggest making an appointment so you don't have to wait.

If you want acrylic nails, I recommend Tiger or T-Bird ! They're both perfectionists!

Tiger is great at acrylic & I love to let him freely design my nails. He has a lot of recommendations and knows what is best for your nails.

T-Bird is awesome as well! Great at acrylic and if you want more intricate designs or if you want a design that is trending at the moment, I recommend him. Super friendly and fast.

As far as pedicures, I love Evie! She's friendly and really takes her time when cleaning your toes!

LOVE this place! Diane did my pedicure that I was in desperate need of and omg she is the best! She was the sweetest and my feet feel and look amazing! Diane is fabulous! Also tried out the biogel and it's flawless! Lisa completely transformed my nails. She was awesome. Everyone there is so friendly and amazing at their craft. I highly recommend coming here. They are the best.
