The combination of sports and Thai massage provides excellent rejuvenation and a great "reset" for active people. My workout routine is focused on high intensity and is coupled with a lot of travel so am often in need of help working out the kinks. I know I can count on Thai Sport Bodyworks to get me back to normal. Finally, they are one of the only massage places I know that has really embraced technology. I got a thai spa massage with Kayla B this evening and she was wonderful. She has great hands--the massage pressure was consistent and she definitely attended to the areas that held the most muscle tension. The hot stones were incredible. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives, especially since I plan on coming again.

I sought out massage therapy when I was 13 weeks pregnant and experiencing some pretty serious headaches. Since there is not much you can or should take to alleviate such pain during pregnancy, I thought massage therapy might be a good, natural alternative. I experienced such good results with Kayla from the start, that I ended up seeing her weekly throughout my entire pregnancy. She is very thoughtful and attentive, and really helped me to manage the aches and pains that came with my changing body through pregnancy. I also saw Theodore once when Kayla was not available, and he was also excellent. The owner, Lawani, is warm, welcoming, and kind, and her staff is as well. I also think the pricing is very reasonable, especially given how very excellent the service is. I am so grateful to have had this lovely team of folks as part of my wellness program through my pregnancy.
