I've been a customer of SOAK for a while now, but never a customer who consistently went for services. I started to consistently go about 6 months before my wedding. At the first appointment I was paired with Isabel. She did a great job I requested her to be the manicurist each time. As we got closer to the wedding date we would "test" different looks I thought I wanted. Each time Isabel was open to my concern with slight changes. Once we finalized the look and color it was just perfecting the glitter placement.

I recommend SOAK not only as a once in a while client but as a consistent client. I already have my next appointment booked!

Went in for my much needed pedicure and as always, ( minus one time that had a blurb & was rectified) I got a beautiful pedi! Unfortunately never caught gals name who did it, as I think we were talking too much having a nice chat.  Had their house 'pink drink' which is always yummy and those chairs.... If they provided a throw I would've napped!
Booking appt online is easy, but calling is a breeze and always nice as they are good at keeping a receptionist on duty which I really am impressed with so you dont have to leave a msg as receptionist is NOT a nail tech so is readily available.
Most importantly, SOAK is one of the few salons that use CYND Vinyl polish which is similar to gel, but minus the having to soak or use a Dremel to remove and it lasts 2 weeks on a mani. Love this stuff!

I came here right before my wedding and Heather gave me the BEST service!! She went above and beyond and got creative with my nails!! It was everything I wanted and it made my wedding extra special!
