Great customer service! When I'm being serviced at SVA i feel like I've known them for as long as I can remember because it's so easy to feel comfortable there. Which is important because when you are getting things as intimate as Brazilian laser hair removal; it can get uncomfortable. But I have no problems here and I've referred at least 4 people already.
