I went in there and I was terrified to go alone and get a haircut by myself. However, Bertha made sure that I was comfortable and safe. Everyone who works there are so sweet & nice! 10/10 recommended to anyone!

Called the place to inquire about getting a haircut. Bertha was nice to accommodate me in such a short notice. I had a very long hair and planned to donate and they offered to send it for me to Locks of Love ‍. The service was great and professional. Bertha discuss what hairstyle I wanted after taking the locks to be donated, got my hair shampooed and conditioned before the haircut. She then cut and styled it and made sure I like the job. I will definitely come back

I brought my 11 year old daughter in for a haircut. She has very thick hair, a lot of it, and it was veryyyy long. Bertha was her stylist, she did an amazing job of listening to exactly what she wanted, educating her on how to take care of her hair, and spent a lot of time with her. We went in with 3 day old hair forgetting she had an appt, I was told they always wash and condition with haircuts, that's awesome! She dried and styled her hair afterwards and it was perfect. We will be back to see Bertha for sure! The only tinyyy thing that I didn't like is I was quoted a price over the phone of $20 for a kids haircut and it was $35 but I didn't say anything and I'm sure maybe it was the styling that added to the price? Or the fact that my daughter at 11 has 5x times as much hair as I do? I don't know, but I'd gladly pay more for the amazing job Bertha did, I just like to know ahead of time what I am expecting. Overall I can't wait to go back and get my hair done, Bertha also gave us a very reasonable quote for some future stuff she wants done and was through about the process and what our expectations should be.
