as there are so many gifted and talented hair specialists. JULIANN has been my go to person for sometime now. As picky as i can be at times. I appreciate her and her talents when doing my hair. from layers to trims, dying my hair, treating, styling, highlighting. obviously all depends what I feel like doing.... she is amazing. she runs a professional facility and I admire her for all her capabilities.
