Phill's Barber Shop is a great place to get a haircut. Personable barbers who are incredibly knowledgeable and great at their craft. These guys are professionals and a throwback to a community oriented barber shop. Will definitely come in again for a great haircut, laughs, and I recommend you do as well in Pacific Grove!
