Anik, the woman who runs this salon, is SUCH a sweetheart. I showed up without an appointment (since I didn't think to call ahead), and she squeezed me in despite being fully booked! Then she offered me Armenian coffee, a selection of chocolate, and dates. Truly unbeatable service :) Since it's been a while since I've gotten my brows done, she first shaped my brows with tweezers, and then used thread to clean up the rest of my stray hairs. Every time she adjusted my brows, she checked with me to make sure that I liked how my brows were shaping up (hehe pun intended). Afterwards, she rubbed my brows with some sort of solution that stung a bit, but I think it was to sooth my skin after the threading. I haven't gotten any bumps or tiny scratches, like I have after getting threaded at other salons! It took about 10 or 15 minutes, so I was in and out all during my lunch break.
