Ms. Kim did a fantastic job on my fill, reshape and polish change. I loved that she asked me questions about the length of my nails before shaping and filling. She also did a fantastic job applying my polish!

I have been coming to Nail Garden for over 8 years now. Originally I went to the hermosa beach location where Sam took care of my acrylics and Niki took care of my gel pedis for many years.

Since closing and reopening due to the pandemic I have been going to the el Segundo location where Kristi takes care of my gel pedi and Quincy takes care of my gel-x sets. Absolutely always love the work they have done, they truly take care of me.

The only reason I won't leave 5 stars is due to the reception staff. Generally they are always kind but rarely helpful. Unfortunately there are always issues setting up appointments, not due to unavailability. Very often when I call, the phone rings and rings and rings.. one time I let it go for a whole ten minutes just to test it. This happens very very often which makes it hard to set an appointment. I'm addition to no one picking up and not being able to even leave a message, there are many times when someone answers the phone asks to put me on hold and never picks the phone back up. This happens so often that when I'm on hold for more than 3 minutes I call back, they ask to put me on hold again, so I explain that you put me on hold multiple times already and never pick the phone back up, and they end up taking care of me right then. I have no idea what is going on with reception, I have been a receptionist and an office manager and there is no reason for this to be happening so regularly. I wouldn't write this if it happened a few times but it's every time I call to make an appointment.

I would love to stay loyal to Nail Garden but its not worth the battle it takes to schedule.

Once again the nail techs are always amazing but the reception kinda sucks. Hope this is helpful!
