Irene did my loose digital perm, and I love it. She was really sweet and patient and really took the time to explain how to do my hair. I showed her a few photos and we talked about other options but she nailed it based on my original request for the most natural looking perm. I found her to be meticulous and talented. Ashley is amazing!! Many of my married friends recommended Ashley and I am happy with my choice. She did great job on my hair and make up for my engagement photo shoot and wedding. I always showed her pictures of styles that I wanted and she did exactly how I wanted it to be done. She is very skilled, detailed and has great sense of color. On my wedding day, I had my make up on around 8 hours. Even after few tears, make up stayed on perfectly. I did pony tail style for my wedding and I got many compliments. She was easy to communicate regarding my make up style and appointment time. I had to reschedule my engagement photo shoot due to rain. I was really worried if Ashley might not have availability but I had no problem rescheduling. I highly recommend Ashley for your special day!

Such a nice place with talented stylists! I've heard about this place through my friend. I'm glad I gave it a try myself. I've been here two times already within the last year(?) or two and I was pleasantly surprised with both visits.

Many hair salons in LA overcharge and I'm glad that I was able to find a place relatively close to me. The first time, I cut my hair and dyed it one color with Grace. I have never done a red tone before, so that was fun and a new change for me.

During the most recent visit, I requested a totally new look similar to a pretty hair picture I found on social media. Jinnie or JinHee did it, which was the stylist that my friend recommended. Although my hair doesn't look exactly like the hair that I shared, it is very pretty. I look forward to how my hair color will change and how my next hair adventures will turn out! I was also very impressed at how quickly my hair was transformed. She finished my hair under 3 hours by herself. I've bleached and dyed my hair a couple of times before and I don't think they ever completed it in that short amount of time.

On both of my visits, there weren't many customers or stylists at one time. I learned that on most weekdays they alternate which stylists are working on certain days, which is why there is a naturally ordered social distance between clients and staff. I really liked the spacious environment and felt safe since the pandemic still exists.
