I came to Motion Unlimited because I was experiencing so much pain and stiffness in my hips and low back that I was no longer able to consistently pursue my passion, which is golf. Isaac was immediately able to identify the underlying cause and created a tailored exercise routine that was targeted at activating and strengthening the muscle groups that would bring my body back into alignment and proper function again. He also got to work on eliminating the connective tissue restrictions that were limiting the range of motion in my back and my hips. Within two weeks I was able to play golf full time again and over the few couple months I have become even more flexible, strong and no longer experience any pain when I play.
