I just started getting bodywork from Gregory and I can say that I'm pleasantly surprised. I have a lot of back/shoulder/neck pain and I can feel the muscles releasing as he works. I love the fact that he knows so much about the body and is highly educated in the anatomy of the muscles. This makes me confident in his ability to provide me with relief. If you have any chronic back/muscle pain, I recommend trying him out. It makes sense.

I have been going to Gregory for 2.5 years for chronic back pain. He provides relief through body work. Body work is more than a superficial massage. He gets the muscles to calm down and relax, which greatly reduces pain. He knows the level of intensity he can use on my body and easily makes adjustments for sensitivity, which fluctuates due to stress and hormone levels. He is great about explaining body mechanics and educating me on how back pain can be caused by muscle tightness throughout my body. I would be in much greater pain and discomfort if it not for Gregory and our bi-monthly sessions.
