I had similar long wait times and folks that scheduled online came in ahead of me.  This time I scheduled online and ALAS! I came in and had my haircut as soon as the previous person was finished. I will schedule this way for all future haircuts.  Appreciate the military discount and pleasant staff.

All the employees do a good job here. They're helpful and friendly while keeping their line moving... Efficiency is working well here.
