Brandee is such a kind and professional person. She is also extremely understanding when it comes to any issues you may have with hair removal. She will explain your feelings better than you can ever express them yourself. Although this all plays a role in going to get electrolysis, I will get to the point of what you are looking for: results. I have gone to a few appointments with Brandee and the hair was THICK before I started. (I have been having issues with the hair since before puberty). I have noticed that regrowth does not bother me as much as it did before I started going to her; this means the hair has thinned out a lot. Regrowth has also stopped in a lot of places. I used to go to another woman but that turned out useless.I will continue to go until most of it is gone. I must also mention that I have no pain with her methods. If you have issues you can use numbing creams. I very highly recommend giving her a try for yourself yourself..which is all it would take to understand why I gave her 5 stars!

I've tried electrolysis and laser before. I did laser because it was less painful than the needle, but way much less efficient. I was a little reluctant to do electrolysis again, but Bran-Dee totally reassured me, she's adorable, makes you confident in the process and is the most efficient of all (went throught 3 different dermatologists before her who actually were not able to spot the roots properly, so my hairs kept growing back). I was there 3 times and all my facial hairs are almost gone,and believe me I had a lot. She works one me the time needed and nerve overcharges me. She's fast, pro and efficient. For the healing part, the red spots go within 2 hours, I had very bad experiences before such as red and then white pimples for about a week, and then scars, a real nightmare. On top of the organic cooling gel she applies on my skin, she gave me few tips to avoid inflammation, I did the hot compress the very first time, I found out I didn't need it.
