Every time I've gone into Citicuts to get a hair cut I come out as pleased as ever. When you ask for a certain cut you get that cut. If you see something they missed, tell them & they fix it right then & there. I got my hair cut today & when I came home my husband gave me a big smile of approval. I would recommend Citicuts to anyone who asks. The price is great.
