Absolutely amazing! They have good visitor center, free shuttle, plenty Rangers around the park... No need for special plan! We drove in with two small kids and spend entire day there. Get a lot of water (in summer:-) ), perhaps some snack and HAVE A FUN!!! :-)

Bryce Canyon is a must-see National Park. While not as big a as Zion or the Grand Canyon it is spectacular and well laid out. The Hikes through Fairyland and Navajo are the best hikes I've been through including Zion and the Grand Canyon National Park. The hoodoos at Bryce are spectacular. If you're going to go to One National Park Bryce Canyon is the one. It is appropriate for the Casual hiker the serious hiker and for the person that does that one hike at all but simply drives up and walks out of the car enjoys The View.

Really enjoyed the Queens Garden / Navajo trail loop. Highly recommended. We also showed up for the first come, first served campsites. We arrived at North Campground around 8:40am and got one no problem. Bryce is amazing to see and more amazing to hike through.
