I did an acne facial with Hannah and was very pleased. It was $140. Pricey, but I thought it was extremely worth it. After my facial my skin was noticeably smoother, brighter, and cleaner, she even helped fade my long-held acne scars. I appreciate that she explains to me what processes she is undergoing. Hannah is very friendly and has 20+ years of experience. I will be coming back for her services.

I cannot recommend this place enough! As someone who has struggled with hormonal acne since middle school, I've had plenty of facials before and Bella Vie Spa is definitely my new favorite. I came here last week for the acne facial and I loved my entire time there. Not only was the esthetician kind and knowledgeable, but she was extremely gentle with my skin (although, fair warning, the extractions DID hurt quite a bit). The room I was in was dim and relaxing to the point where I'd dozed off a few times, and I loved how the esthetician talked me through each of the treatments so that I was aware of what was happening on my face.

At the end of it all, my skin was soft and smooth for days after. I'm definitely planning on booking another appointment once the quarantine lifts, and I hope that everyone will consider doing so too!

The lady who gave me and my mom a massage also didn't have well manicured nails so her rough hangnails kinda scratched us during the massage. Also, my neck is in paid - I have a crick on the right side of my neck after the facial massage. );

I wanted to have a manual receipt written so I could get potentially reimbursed by my insurance company. The girl at the front reassured me this was possible so I upgraded to a deep tissue massage. When I finished with the service, she informed me she was new and it wasn't possible. Was really frustrating getting her to charge me accordingly too for the tip and what not so I could have a receipt - she mentioned she only worked there for two weeks and wasn't able to figure it out. Sigh. If I had known, I wouldn't have upgraded my massage here.

This place was alright. Idk if I would come back though, mainly due to how my neck feels with the aftermath.
