Background: I had clear skin up until I was 13 and from that point on I had cystic acne. My acne finally disappeared when I was around 17 but left ice pick scars and indentations in my cheeks, chin, and forehead. This was my biggest insecurity. I felt like when people looked at me that's all that they would stare at and sometimes I wouldn't be able to leave the house because I was so ashamed of it. Being 18 years old you don't have a lot of money especially when you have to pay for your college tuition, car insurance, clothes, food, etc. I did my research looking at different clinics that would give me beautiful skin for a low price. I found beauty journey becaus of their high review on Yelp and gave them a call and after feeling comfortable went in. The staff here are all so sweet and they make you feel right at home. They don't treat you like regular costumers, they treat you like their own family. Everytime i walk in they always ask how I'm doing and delighted to see me. I love coming here because I know every time I walk in, I walk out more confident. I've recommend this to my friends and family and would highly recommend to anyone. Over view: Kristina is a wonderful woman. She'll do anything to help you with your skin problem. Very sweet staff and very professional. You will feel confident in your own skin after coming here. 10/10
