First things first- Shirley is great. She takes time to explain the different procedures, and when she is unsure of something, will ask the person doing the procedure to explain things in greater detail. Bernice is wonderful- very accommodating and thorough. Everyone at AVA is always friendly and helpful. The array of procedures is impressive.

Everyone is super nice and friendly. I was taken into a room as soon as I arrived the technician was great. Overall it was a great experience.
